Pricing and Terms for Child Photography
All shoots require a minimum sitting fee of $40.00 for up to two subjects to be collected prior to the scheduled session. An additional $25.00 will be charged for each additional subject.
Print Packages
All photo sessions require one of the following print packages. Print substitutions of equal value are allowed.
Piccolo Package: $175.00
Mezzo Package : $250.00
This package includes a broad range of desk and wall portraits at a 10% discount off of a la carte pricing.
Grande Package : $325.00
This package includes a broad range of desk and wall portraits at a 20% discount off of a la carte pricing. Also included is an exclusive 11x14 gallery wrap canvas print that is only available with this package. On a gallery wrap print the image is printed larger than the final size, and then the print is wrapped around a thick wooden stretcher bar. The canvas is then stapled to the back of the bar. Framing paper covers the back of the bars, and metal hangers and bumpers are applied to the corners. The gallery wrap is ready to hang with no additional work needed.
A la Carte Pricing
Individual print prices are as follows:
4”x6” $5.00
5”x7” $12.00
8”x10” $22.00
(Larger sized prints may be available upon request.)
Terms
Payment of the sitting fee is required to secure a date/time for all sessions. In the event that the payment is not received by Tadpole Photography within five business days of booking, sessions are subject to cancellation.
A $215.00 downpayment is required on the day of the session before shooting begins. At the time your gallery is posted a voucher code will be issued to you for your package.
Cancellations more than two weeks from the scheduled session may be refunded or rescheduled with no penalty. Session fees for cancellations within two weeks of the scheduled session are not subject to refund.
Rescheduling of sessions is at the sole discretion of Tadpole Photography.
All client galleries will be available for online proofing for a period of two-weeks from the date they are posted. All orders after the expiration of the two week period are subject to an archive retrieval upcharge of 25% of standard pricing.
All sessions require a model release signed by the legal guardian of the subject.
All images remain the property of Tadpole Photography and are protected by US Copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, distribution or use of images is strictly prohibited.
Tadpole Photography reserves the right to use child photography images, files, negatives, prints, and/or reproductions for display, publications, or other purposes.
